Week Fifteen, Spring 2025

Busy week working on my first cockroach, which is crazy considering I've started the oil clay version several times and have had reference images up in my studio for a year but… 

It's kinda not ideal timing but for the first time in a while I’ve felt good about making. I don't know if the challenge of something new or not having a large decision weighing me down, or knowing i wont have guaranteed studio space soon but I am feeling motivated and inspired to make things again. I have some wild ambitions to finish some new work for final crit and I think I can get it all done! Sleep can happen when the semester is over.
